Our Policies

At Luxe, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

• If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment (or need to adjust the length of your appointment time) please notify us no less than 2 full days before the day of your scheduled appointment (60 hours). This Policy ensures our service providers receive 2 full days before your scheduled appointment day/time to book another client in your time slot. For cancellations less than 60 hours, it will be a 50% service charge. For no shows, you will be charged 100% of the service price. Contact your provider for their exact cancellation and no show policy.

• If you have not arrived by your appointed time for your service, your Professional RESERVES THE RIGHT to not perform the service due to time constraints. As we are typically scheduled back-to-back with appointments, it is important that you arrive at or before your appointment start time.

• Please be aware that if you are late but your service provider agrees to still continue with the service, the session time may not be extended, and the amount of minutes that have passed your original appointment start time will cut into your allotted session time. 

• If this policy is not honored, you may be asked to reschedule and will be considered a “no show”.
